At Nomad the Label, we want you to love your conscious wardrobe. If your purchase isn't quite right, we offer returns for store credit or refunds on full-priced items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure items are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached to qualify for a return.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 3.
  Pack and Post

  Securely package your items and use the provided shipping label or your preferred courier to send the package to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days and notify you via email.
